3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Free accounts have limited access to rankings and features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our data without authorization
• Use the data to harass, stalk, or harm individuals

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Benchmarker.me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our rankings, analytics, and proprietary Benchmarker Score methodology are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (watchlists, cohorts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it as needed to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Data

Our Service aggregates publicly available LinkedIn data. We:

• Are not affiliated with LinkedIn
• Do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data
• May have delays in data updates
• May remove or modify data at any time

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of rankings
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results from using the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Indemnification

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service
• Extended periods of inactivity

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution
