Comments are weighted 3x because they indicate deeper engagement than a simple like. This formula rewards creators who spark meaningful conversations.

We update our rankings weekly. Different subscription tiers have access to different data freshness levels - Gold subscribers get the most recent data within 7 days.

We currently track influencers in multiple industries including technology, finance, marketing, healthcare, and more. We're constantly expanding coverage. Check our dashboard to see all available industries.

If you're active on LinkedIn in one of our tracked industries, you may already be in our database. Search for your name in the dashboard. If you're not listed but think you should be, contact us.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We only collect publicly available data from LinkedIn. This includes public profile information, public posts, and engagement metrics visible to anyone. We never access private profiles, messages, connections, or any data that requires login credentials.

Yes. If you don't want to be included in our rankings, contact us at privacy@benchmarker.me and we'll remove your profile within 30 days.

Yes. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure password hashing, and regular security audits. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

The Watchlist lets you track specific influencers you're interested in. You'll see them in a dedicated panel on your dashboard and can quickly access their profiles. Free users can track 3 people; paid users have unlimited watchlist spots.

Cohorts are custom groups of influencers you create. Use them to track competitors, group target accounts, or compare specific sets of people. This is a paid feature that helps with more advanced analysis.

We calculate average metrics from the top 25% of performers in each industry. This shows you what "great" looks like in terms of posting frequency, engagement rates, and content length - so you know what to aim for.
